Your new role
As Community Fundraising Administrator, you will provide invaluable administrative support to the Community Fundraising team. You will play a key role in:
Assisting the team with the coordination of fundraising events and campaigns, including distribution of materials
Handling inbound/outbound supporter communications via phone, email & mail
Maintaining accurate records across fundraising systems
Maintaining donation registers and coordinating the logistics of gift-in-kind donations

Your skills and experience
You will bring with you:
Previous experience in administration and/or customer services roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent attention to detail
Strong initiative, problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications in marketing/fundraising and/or experience in the not-for-profit sector would be highly regarded, however not essential
