As part of the P&C function, the Workforce Experience (WX) team exists to support Uniting to create and sustain an engaged, included and valued workforce.
As WX Program Coordinator, you will deliver effective coordination, administration and reporting for Uniting-wide programs focused on enhancing the experience for our people at work, such as workforce recognition, induction and people leadership development.
A pivotal role in the team, you will be responsible for:
We believe in true flexibility where you are measured on your achievements and outputs. Some face-to-face interaction is important for team workshops, engaging with our internal customers and some program delivery, typically 3-4 days per month.
With program delivery across Victoria and Tasmania, you can be located anywhere and choose to work from home or a site that’s convenient. Or, you can head into our Melbourne CBD office and interact with the wider P&C Team.
This role is ideal for an established L&OD coordinator (or administration guru from another field!) who is looking for an opportunity to build a career in Workforce Experience/Learning and Organisational Development.
