You will deliver, and contribute to the design of, high-quality workshop-based training programs across multiple industries, focused on driving real-world impact to help businesses more effectively engage with consumers experiencing vulnerability. You will ensure training has impact, is practical, relevant, and aligned with operational challenges.
This role is maximum-term full-time (76 hours per fortnight), and is a parental leave replacement role.
You will also regularly research industry and social trends to keep abreast of industry challenges, as well as ensure that the contemporary lived experience of vulnerable Australians continually informs the basis of our work.
It is essential that you have a strong understanding of the types of vulnerabilities Australians experience, including family violence (FV). You will remain informed of best practice, including trauma-informed approaches and translate these into clear frontline behaviours.
You will facilitate interactive workshops and activities that embed lived experience through experiential learning, delivered both in-person and online.
This is a high-impact role focused on improving how organisations respond to consumers experiencing vulnerability and achieve better outcomes for the communities they serve.
In addition, as required, you will contribute to managing proposals, contracts, stakeholder relations and other responsibilities aligned with the strategic priorities of the team.
