The Team Leader position will supervise and support the Uniting Navigator team, as well as work alongside the Department of Education (DE), partner organisations and Uniting’s Leadership team to develop systems and processes for this program. The Team Leader will ensure that the program is operated in accordance with service and quality standards, program targets, DE service agreements and organisational policies. The Team Leader position will develop and sustain a culture of innovation and best practice.
