  • Up to 10 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers (4 for secondary).
  • Access training and development opportunities to help you grow.
  • Opt in or out of public holidays and be respected for your unique background.
  • Receive a 10% discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee at Uniting Early Learning.

  • Proven ability to effectively engage and collaborate with members of minoritised communities and offer authentic allyship.
  • Experience and capability to influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to minoritised communities through public advocacy and/or action.
  • Lived experience as a member of one of Uniting priority cohorts is highly desirable: LGBTIQA+, culturally and linguistically diverse, refugee and asylum seeker, people with a disability.
  • Bachelor-level degree in health and human services, community development, or equivalent industry experience
