Join our Integrated Family Services Program and be responsible for providing casework, parenting support, and skills development to families. You will make referrals and link families to community supports and services, as well as monitor and assess risks to children and young people.
Your practical, single-hands-on advice and assistance to families will help improve interpersonal relationships, health, and social functioning. You will be supported by a dedicated, diverse team through guidance and development opportunities whilst you make a positive difference to young children and families.
The families who receive our service present with a range of complex issues, including drug and alcohol, family violence, mental health, homelessness, and cycles of disadvantage and poverty resulting in chronic neglect and cumulative harm.

In addition to your base hourly rate (SCHADS Level 3) and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
