As a Team Leader Integrated Services, you will provide leadership to a team of employees across Integrated Family Services (IFS) and Family Perseveration and Reunification Response (FPRR) programs in the Bayside Peninsula Area (BPA) and you will be responsible for the development, delivery and quality of both of these programs located predominantly at Prahran. You will work closely with Family Services program across the Bayside Peninsula Child & Family Services Alliance, and the Family Preservation and Reunification program (Across Southern Melbourne Area -SMA, and Bayside Peninsula Area- BPA) to achieve positive and effective outcomes for in scope children and families.
Your supervisory and leadership skills and experience, as well as their knowledge of child and adolescent development, are key to leading the team. You will also be required to support staff coaching, training and professional development to build capability and ensure FPRR model fidelity.
