We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering the Victorian Family Preservation and Reunification Response (FPR) in the Eastern Division. FPR is an evidence-based, collaborative service designed to provide rapid, intensive, and sustained interventions to prevent at-risk children from entering or re-entering care.
As a Team Leader – Family Preservation & Reunification, you will lead a team of Senior Practitioners, guiding them in delivering a relational, client-centered, and evidence-informed case management approach. You will collaborate with partner agencies, especially Child Protection, to identify eligible referrals and coordinate service delivery, all while ensuring the provision of high-quality, innovative services to families.
