Your new role
As Supporter Services Administrator, you will provide customer service to donors and supports as well as administrative support to the Fundraising team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for supporters, responding to enquiries via phone and email
Processing donations on Salesforce and reconciliation of fundraising bank account statements
Maintaining accurate records across fundraising systems
Assisting the team with the coordination of fundraising events and campaigns

Your skills and experience
You will bring with you:
Previous experience in administration and/or customer services roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce or similar databases
Excellent attention to detail
Strong initiative, problem solving and verbal communication skills
