As the Service Design and Business Analyst, you will provide specialist service design and business analytic functions for Client Management System (CMS) projects. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Stakeholder management
Process and customer journey mapping
Review of funder program requirements and legislation
Data analysis
Ideal state service design
In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts across Service Delivery and Support services teams to enable program readiness and collaborate with the Project Team to ensure successful implementation and adoption of planned technology uplift projects.

Your skills and experience
Tertiary Qualifications within a community services, health, or information and communication technology discipline.
Demonstrated experience in quality or compliance, governance, management, service development, project delivery or provision of business analytic services in the community services sector.
Demonstrated skills in analysing and synthesising data and information from diverse sources and drawing out implications for practice and improvement.
Proven ability to understand concepts, service models, processes, and workflows quickly.
Proven experience in deploying a client management system (favourable)
