About the opportunity
We are seeking a Service Leader with Early Childhood Teaching qualifications at our Orbost Uniting Early Learning Service. The successful applicant will work four days per week and will be required to work alongside Educators on the floor, however, will be provided dedicated administration time for planning and supporting the service operations.
Your role will involve the planning and oversight of the delivery of a high-quality, sustainable, compliant and safe early learning program.

About you
First and foremost, you will hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood and share a passion Centre Excellence. We will also consider applicants working towards an approved qualification.

Demonstrated management and leadership experience in early childhood education and care
Ability to lead and guide teaching teams and competency in all aspects of staff management.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills with staff, children, families and communities.
Demonstrated experience in working with children and families and an understanding
Demonstrated understanding of Education Care Services National Law and Regulations, the National Quality Framework, Child Safe Standards, Quality Improvement Plan and the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework.
