Lead and drive the end-to-end recruitment of potential and accredited caregivers and volunteers.

Your ability to place children with suitable carers, providing them with the initial support and information they require will enable the enhancement and longevity of successful placement outcomes.

Foster collaboration and teamwork, through the development and maintenance of effective relationships with clients, families, community service organisations, relevant professionals and government officials.

Your skills and experience

You will bring with you: 

• A tertiary qualification in Social Work or equivalent is preferred.  Diploma level qualifications in Community Services will be considered with relevant experience.
• Trained in the ‘Step by Step’ and ‘Shared Lives’ accreditation framework and be able to provide evidence of this is preferred.
• Current driver’s licence valid in Victoria.
