As a Program Support Officer, you’ll provide essential day-to-day admin and practical support across a diverse portfolio of services. This is a great role for someone who wants to build experience in project and program environments, while using your strong coordination and communication skills to keep things running smoothly.

You’ll play a hands-on role in helping your team stay on track: scheduling meetings, following up tasks, keeping systems updated, managing records and budgets, and helping to deliver real outcomes. Some days may even involve supporting direct client logistics or requests.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items and follow-up
  • Help track tasks, timelines, and reporting requirements
  • Keep records up to date across systems, registers and databases
  • Manage practical tasks like room bookings, printing, and organising supplies
  • Support finance processes like invoice processing and reconciling brokerage
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including community partners and families
  • Be ready to roll up your sleeves and support where it's needed most

You are confident to work autonomously and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and you pride yourself on

You will bring with you:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles.
  • Proven office and financial admin skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities & meet deadlines.
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively manage feedback.
