Your new role

We are looking for experienced retail professionals with creative flair to help us achieve our vision of vibrant, dynamic and contemporary op shops. Uniting Op Shops nurture a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development within our teams. Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

We have two casual positions which will work across our 4 Op Shops in the Ballarat/Daylesford region. Availability to work weekend shifts is required.

In addition to $27.17 per hour + 25% casual loading + superannuation, you will have access to:

Your skills and experience

You are looking to join an organisation that truly supports vulnerable Victorians and Tasmanians to improve their lives.

You will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, and a flair for visual merchandising. You will ideally have experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures and be confident in supervising a team as well as working on your own.
