Access To Early Learning (AEL) is an early intervention and prevention program, which aims to support the sustained participation of vulnerable 3-year-old children in early childhood education. The program also works to strengthen home learning environments and build the capacity of the service system to support vulnerable families.
As the Access to Early Learning Coordinator, you will support families to enhance their child’s development through learning experiences within the family home and address any barriers to accessing early childhood education and care services. The role will work collaboratively with educators and other community stakeholders to promote systemic change that supports access for vulnerable children and families in early childhood services.
