headspace is for young people 12–25 who want support with whatever life’s throwing at them. Friends, relationships, stress, anxiety, low mood, bullying, drugs or alcohol, or just feeling unsure about what’s next, we’ve got your back.
Our centre is a safe, judgement‑free space where you can drop in, chill, or have a chat with a youth counsellor. No pressure. Just support.
