Your ability to bring a team together, expertise in change management and experience managing programs will enable you to create a positive culture that promotes the well-being of young people, their families & the community.
As the Manager, Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing, you will provide strategic and people leadership for headspace Horsham in this newly created role.
Managing a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, you will deliver an end-to-end client experience, recognising key stakeholders, managing risk, and understanding what success looks like for the client and the team around you.

headspace Horsham provides early intervention mental health services to young people aged 12 to 25 across the Wimmera with an awareness of the importance of providing of a positive experience in what may be their first connection with a mental health service.
