As the Manager, Navigator Program, you will lead a portfolio of services that deliver meaningful outcomes for young people, families, and communities. You will provide operational and workforce leadership, ensuring services are safe, effective, compliant, and aligned with Uniting's strategic priorities. Working closely with staff and stakeholders, you will drive service excellence, foster a positive and inclusive team culture, and champion continuous improvement to achieve strong client outcomes.
