Your new role

As the Manager, Navigator Program, you will lead a portfolio of services that deliver meaningful outcomes for young people, families, and communities. You will provide operational and workforce leadership, ensuring services are safe, effective, compliant, and aligned with Uniting's strategic priorities. Working closely with staff and stakeholders, you will drive service excellence, foster a positive and inclusive team culture, and champion continuous improvement to achieve strong client outcomes.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a Bachelor level qualifications in human/community services. (essential)

You will also have:

  • Demonstrated experience managing and supervising multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to build and lead high-performing work units while effectively prioritising and delegating tasks.
  • Extensive experience leading and managing comparable programs or service areas within a community or human services environment.
  • Proven management experience overseeing teams, managing budgets, and preparing reports and briefings for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Highly developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
