Your new role
As Leasing Coordinator, you will work as part of our Real Estate & Advisory team, supporting the administration and management of leases across Uniting’s diverse commercial property portfolio.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate lease data, assisting with documentation and approvals, managing lease renewals and rent escalations, and coordinating with tenants, landlords and legal representatives. You will also handle monthly invoicing and correspondence when Uniting is the landlord, and work closely with the Finance to ensure timely and accurate rent payments and reconciliations.

Your skills and experience
You will bring with you:
Previous experience within the property sector and an understanding of commercial lease terms
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
An eye for detail, strong organisation skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with internal teams, tenants, landlords and legal representatives
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a collaborative approach
