Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of a range of ICT projects across the organisation. You will be responsible for initiating, managing and reporting on a range of projects within the ICT team.

In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering multiple infrastructure projects end‑to‑end
  • Leading stakeholder engagement, influencing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, manage risks and ensure effective, well‑governed delivery
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards,
  • Contributing to Uniting’s ICT transformation roadmap, aligned to the broader organisational strategy

Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven ICT project manager with experience delivering complex infrastructure projects in fast‑paced or changing environments.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate and build trust across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in project frameworks and documentation, maintaining disciplined controls and reporting in agile and hybrid delivery environments.
  • Experience in delivery of training, coaching, consultation and communication plans for business and technology projects
  • Ability to prioritise, influence and track delivery of conflicting tasks and activities
