Deliver high-quality placement and support programs. You will manage children on statutory orders who are placed in care with foster carers ensuring the children are safe in foster care as well as the support the foster carers and their families.
Using a Best Interest Framework you will provide a quality service that ensures the best outcomes for young people entering or in Home Based Care and their carers. Your expertise in case management will enable you to apply a focused approach to problem solving whilst working collaboratively with statutory bodies and other agencies to support children and families.
