As a Flexible Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing our mission by providing active service coordination for individuals requiring assistance in daily living. This position focuses on fostering independence, improving social connectedness, and enhancing emotional well-being through a range of capacity-building and social inclusion activities. You will lead a team of volunteers to create a supportive environment that promotes human dignity and upholds principles of social justice and equity.

In addition to your salary of (SCHADS Level 3) + super, you can access the following.
You will meet the person specification in the position description including having a relevant tertiary/post-secondary qualification in community services, disability, or related disciplines. Experience of working with vulnerable people would be advantageous.
