Your new role

As a Family Violence Case Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Case Management team to deliver client-centred services to adult and child victim-survivors of family violence. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate client records, coordinating referrals, managing correspondence, and assisting with data and reporting. You’ll also provide practical support to clients, such as arranging accommodation, transport, and material aid, and liaising with external service providers.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, empathetic, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable families.

You’ll join our Family Services team, working collaboratively with passionate professionals dedicated to empowering families and promoting safety and wellbeing.

Your skills and experience
  • A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Knowledge of issues impacting children, youth, and families
  • Experience supporting vulnerable families and those affected by family violence
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Victorian driver’s licence and Working with Children Check
