Your new role

As the Evidence Lead – Consumer Partnerships, you will embed lived experience expertise into Uniting Vic.Tas’ Evidence and Impact Partnerships.  You will develop tools, training and models that support shared power and accountability.

Working alongside Consumer Partners and the Evidence and Impact Partnerships workforce, the role ensures lived experience evidence informs priority research, advocacy, funding submissions, strategy and practice, contributing to continuous improvement and sector leadership.

We value and encourage applications from people with lived experience of relevant social or health issues, including those who have been carers or supporters of consumers.

Your skills and experience

You will bring with you:

  • Expertise working in partnership with people with lived and living experience across research, evaluation, governance, co design, or decision-making contexts.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, or supporting research, evaluation, or impact measurement in complex social or human services contexts.
  • Strong capability to translate research and evaluation findings into organisational practice, service improvement, advocacy, funding submissions, or strategy.
  • Qualifications in social research, evaluation, public policy, social sciences, public health, community development, human services, or equivalent experience
