Your new role

Be part of something bigger at Uniting – support meaningful growth in early learning. As the Growth Projects Coordinator, you’ll contribute to the expansion of Uniting’s early learning services across Victoria and Tasmania, helping to ensure more children and families can access high-quality care and education. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to bring projects to life, with a mix of administrative coordination, project support, and resource development.

From preparing documentation and supporting consultation to tracking progress and aligning internal inputs, your work will help turn strategy into action. About your team

You’ll be joining a collaborative and passionate team that values trust, inclusion, and shared purpose. We work with curiosity, compassion and courage to support children, families, and communities across Victoria and Tasmania. Our team is flexible, with a mix of remote work and time on the ground where it matters most – visiting services, supporting new projects, and working alongside others. Your skills and experience

We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual with experience in project coordination, administration, or business support roles – ideally within early childhood, education, or human services. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong written communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a genuine commitment to values-led work are essential. Experience developing resources, supporting data reporting, or contributing to tender or grant processes will be highly regarded.
