This position provides an inclusive and collaborative working environment within the Early Learning Access and Support team covering Victoria and Tasmania. As part of the broader team, you will learn the administrative tasks required to support Uniting Early Learning services with ongoing support and guidance.
The Early Learning Access and Support Officer will uphold Uniting’s values whilst developing and maintaining positive relationships.
This casual role blends attention to detail with a strong values lens – ensuring that the systems and processes we rely on are not only effective but also uphold our commitment to quality, equity, and accountability across our early learning structure.
This role is a hybrid work model role, the successful incumbent can be based in Melbourne, Shepparton, Seymour or any other northern Victorian location.
You’ll be joining Uniting’s Early Learning division – a dynamic and purpose-led team working across Victoria and Tasmania to shape better futures for children and families. We champion access, inclusion, and quality in everything we do, and we’re driven by a deep belief in the power of early learning to transform lives and strengthen communities.

Your success in this role is foreseeable as a person who excels when working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
As someone who is passionate about working with people, you are able to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, with empathy and support at the forefront of your work.
Your prior experience in an administration role demonstrates strong organisation and planning skills with high attention to detail.
Being a strong communicator, your eagerness to develop an intimate knowledge of our services and operational model is paralleled by your desire to contribute to local communities through enabling our service delivery of high quality and contemporary early learning programs.
