As an Early Childhood Teacher at Uniting, you’ll do more than deliver a program; you’ll shape a nurturing environment where children thrive.
You’ll lead and inspire your team, foster strong partnerships with families and the community, and bring creativity and curiosity into daily learning.
Each day you’ll be building strong relationships with children, designing engaging educational experiences, partnering with families, and ensuring compliance with the NQF, EYLF/VEYLDF and organisational policies.
You’ll also support a culture of reflection, growth and innovation, driving continuous improvement and quality outcomes for every child.
You’re a qualified and values-driven Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about inspiring children and mentoring teams.
