Lead, inspire, and nurture children’s learning as part of a community-focused early learning team. At Uniting, our Early Childhood Teachers are trusted leaders, role models, and learning partners. You’ll bring deep knowledge of pedagogy and practice – and we’ll support you to grow your leadership impact through mentoring, professional learning, and a supportive team culture that values your voice.
You will lead the development and delivery of intentional, inclusive and engaging learning programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You’ll model excellence in practice and create a learning environment where children feel confident, curious, and capable. You’ll support the growth of others through collaboration and lead documentation and planning in partnership with families and colleagues.
You’ll be joining Uniting’s Early Learning division – a dynamic and purpose-led team working across Victoria and Tasmania to shape better futures for children and families. We champion access, inclusion, and quality in everything we do, and we’re driven by a deep belief in the power of early learning to transform lives and strengthen communities.
Our work isn’t easy, but it matters. Work with people who care as much as you.
In addition to your salary under the VECTEA + super, you can access the following:
You’re a reflective and passionate teacher who knows the power of relationships in children’s learning. You hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), current VIT registration, and bring a collaborative spirit and a commitment to equity, inclusion, and quality.
