Located on Melville Street in the heart of the Hobart CBD, our recently renovated early learning service is rated Exceeding by the National Quality Standard (NQS) and supports children to explore, discover, and learn. The centre offers great facilities including a brand-new playground and furnishings.
You’ll be supported by a Centre Director, a dedicated Educational Leader and Early Childhood teaching team that are passionate about nurturing the confidence, strengths, and interests of the children. You will work across one or multiple rooms to deliver and contribute to our high-quality, Reggio Emilia inspired early learning program.

In addition to base hourly rate and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits that can be used on rent, mortgage repayments, or living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.

About you
You are an experienced and motivated Educator with a passion for learning. Working well within a team, you are known for being collaborative and having an energetic and positive approach to your day-to-day work.
Holding a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent), you have a sound knowledge and experience of early learning quality and educational frameworks.
