We're looking for a Direct Marketing Coordinator to join our Individual Giving team and help grow support for the vital services Uniting delivers across Victoria and Tasmania.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in marketing, comms, fundraising, campaigns or project coordination who is looking to build their fundraising expertise and take ownership of meaningful campaigns.

You'll join a small, innovative team that loves testing new ideas and approaches. Working across digital, direct mail, email and donor communications, you'll help create supporter experiences that inspire people to give and stay connected to Uniting's work.

Your impact will include:

  • Managing fundraising campaigns across a range of marketing channels.
  • Supporting donor acquisition, retention and regular giving initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase donor engagement and lifetime value.
  • Reporting on campaign performance and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Assisting with supporter care and donation enquiries during peak periods.

Your skills and experience

You know how to manage projects, build relationships and deliver great campaigns.

You'll bring with you:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing, executing, and reporting for campaigns across a variety of channels including digital, print, direct mail, telemarketing and more.
  • A qualification in marketing, communications, fundraising or a related field would be highly desirable, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders to develop campaign materials.
  • Experience in campaign and/or project management.
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRM platform desirable.
