This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the first 3-year-old Early Learning Program in Tasmania.
Based Davenport, you will enjoy a casual role that supports the program.
This brand-new program will operate Monday to Wednesday, and you will support a team focused on nurturing children’s strengths, interests and social connections and teaching values that reflect the community - kindness, reliance and teamwork.
You will be well supported to succeed in your new role and have opportunities to grow and develop as part of the Tasmanian Early Learning team. A Service Leader/ECT will lead the program and support you to be part of the team of like-minded professionals.
In addition to a base hourly rate + super, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
