Your new role
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will provide support to the business through invoicing clients and receipt funds across Victoria and Tasmania for services received.
In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:
Producing and dispersing invoices to customers and clients
Answering direct queries from customers and clients
Receipt incoming funds in a timely fashion
Processing reimbursements of overpaid funds
Undertaking debt collection activities

Your skills and experience
Demonstrated Accounts Receivable experience
Strong understanding of accounts receivable and credit management systems, processes and internal controls
Proven skills in reviewing detailed data, spotting anomalies and identifying solutions
Preferred
Proven experience working as part of a Shared Services team
Demonstrated experience implementing and working with a range of Accounts Receivable software
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar large accounting package.
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel and formula use.
