The Team Leader - Family Services leads family support workers and practitioners within an integrated team of professionals. The position is based at our Ballarat office and supports a team in both Ballarat and Horsham locations. The Team Leader brings experience and an understanding of practice supervision, people leadership, quality and service improvement to facilitate and ensure the delivery of effective, high-quality services and outcomes to clients.
Team Leader is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations, supervision and reporting in line with service agreements and organisational expectation and will assist to develop and lead a highly competent, engaged and passionate professional team.

Full-time, permanent position based in Horsham or Ballarat servicing central higlands and Wimmera. Travel is required in this position.
In addition to a base salary and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
