We are looking for an experienced Sorting Manager to help us achieve our vision of vibrant, dynamic and contemporary op shops. In addition to base salary plus superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in sorting donated goods and knowledge of the Charity Retail industry and the circular economy. We sort donated goods for all Uniting Op Shops in Victoria & Tasmania.
You will be working with a team of hard working and passionate people, and you will utilise your people management skills to manage, inspire, motivate and mentor the Sorting team and volunteers.
You will be a team player and a hands-on manager. You will have knowledge of brands, vintage, fashion trends and quality. You will be highly organised, have attention to detail, and have computer skills in particular Outlook and basic Excel.
