If you are experienced in data entry, admin, and Excel and you’re ready to use your skills for good, we have a great opportunity to be part of a team that provides admin and timesheet support for our Kindergarten Inclusion Support program.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
It’s a part-time role involving 22.8 hours per week, worked Monday, Thursday and Friday. We have some flexibility to consider shorter hours worked over 4 days. We are also flexible about working from home except for Thursdays, when the team gets together in the Sale office.
Our Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program is the largest provider in Victoria, helping create inclusive environments for children with disabilities, developmental delays, or complex medical needs. We believe in providing genuine opportunities for every child to access and actively participate in kindergarten programs.
In addition to a base salary + super, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and can access the following:
You are an experienced administrator with sound computer skills who knows your way around Excel and timesheets. You are confident with data management processes, and you take pride in your exceptional attention to detail and speed.
You will also bring experience in planning and organisation of events, the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders, and a track record in preparing reports and maintaining concise records.
