Our Outside School Hours Care Service Leaders are part of the Tasmania Leadership Team and responsible for driving their service’s growth of quality, sustainability, and service delivery. You will facilitate a program consistent with the National Quality Standards and reflects the National Quality Framework, taking our OSHC programs to the next level.
You will also act as the Nominated Supervisor for the OSHC and be responsible for supporting our Educators in planning and implementing the services educational program to produce quality play-based educational and leisure programs.
The role is for a 32 hour Contract at our Mount Stuart service in Hobart.
Must be available for a range of shifts, including split shifts, ranging from 6:45am to 6pm Monday to Friday.How to apply
At Uniting, we understand the importance of our OSHC Service Leaders and have dedicated non contact time in excess of 6 hours, to complete your management tasks. You will have access to our dedicated OSHC Director and Educational Leader who will support you to flourish in your role.
