In this role you will be:

  • Supporting adolescents and families facing highly complex and vulnerable circumstances
  • Delivering intensive case assessment, support, and intervention
  • Using mediation and creative approaches to strengthen family relationships
  • Building trust, hope, and practical pathways forward
  • Working collaboratively to deliver high-quality, outcomes-focused support

Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor of Social Work and / or substantial years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience working with vulnerable young people
  • Experience working with young people and families.
