You’ll have the freedom to set your own hours and create a personalised care and learning environment for the children in your care. At Uniting, we support educators to get started and thrive in the Family Day Care sector. And now, eligible new educators can access Start-Up Funding to help cover the costs of setting up their business.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking qualified and passionate early childhood educators who want to be part of a supportive network of Family Day Care professionals. If you’re eager to work in a flexible, independent environment and make a difference in children’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.

To get started, you’ll need a current Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR, Public Liability Insurance, and an Australian Business Number (ABN). No prior business experience? No problem! We’ll guide you through every step.
