About the role

Help us to deliver early learning programs that support local communities and provide high-quality education and care to children.

Our kindergartens located in  Ballarat, offer a creative program for 3 to 4 year-olds and operates 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and Friday.

You support our team focussed on nurturing children’s strengths, interests and social connections as well as teaching values that reflect our small local community - kindness, resilience and teamwork.

Your skills and experience

You will hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority). You will also bring with you:

  • Current National Child Safety Training and any applicable state-based child safety training (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
  • Prior experience working in a kindergarten and / or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
  • Current National Child Safety Training and any applicable state-based Child Safety Training (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
