About the role

As a Casual Op Shop Supervisor, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the store and help create a positive, inclusive and memorable experience for customers, volunteers and the community.

This is a hands-on retail role where no two days are the same. You might:

  • Open or close the store and support daily operations
  • Supervise and work alongside volunteers
  • Create engaging, visually appealing displays
  • Support stock flow, merchandising and shop presentation
  • Assist customers and process sales
  • Help create a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment

You’ll be part of a supportive team in a lively, varied environment where creativity, teamwork and community come together.

This role involves being on your feet, moving stock and working in a busy retail setting. Flexibility is key, including availability to work weekends, public holidays and occasional shifts at short notice.

We have opportunities across:

  • Inner Melbourne (Fitzroy, Brunswick, St Kilda, Prahran, Port Melbourne)
  • Northern suburbs (Preston, Glenroy, Northcote, Keilor Park)
