Our Exceeding, Reggio Emilia inspired, 71 place service is in the heart of Hobart and provides a nurturing environment for our children and our team. We are looking forward to welcoming our newest leadership role to our team.

What’s on offer

You will join a supportive and respectful organisation that has the consumer at the heart of all decisions.

A supportive leadership team that values fresh ideas, innovation and is open to doing new things in new ways including some flexibility in working hours.

Regular meetings with peers across the organisation to share ideas, learn from one another, hear about operational updates, professional development and lean on a support network when required.

The end of the week can always be challenging and to support our team we offer them breakfast each Friday morning.

In addition to base salary and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits that can be used on rent, mortgage repayments, or living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
