This specialist Project Worker role supports the growth of evidence-based practice and consumer-informed service delivery across Uniting’s AOD, mental health, and carer services. Working with the Senior Lead, Projects and Growth, the role contributes to service evaluation through planning, data collection and analysis, and reporting.
The position also supports the implementation of a pilot project to strengthen and expand the lived and living experience workforce, through consultation, resource development, training, and collaboration. The focus is on building a sustainable workforce approach that enhances organisational capability and best practice.
