Your new role

As the OSHC Coordinator, you’ll oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of our newest program, Glengarry OSHC.

You’ll lead a small team to deliver high-quality, engaging learning and leisure experiences for children.

Dedicated non-contact hours give you the time to focus on planning, programming and quality, so you can lead improvements and take this service to the next level.

Your skills and experience

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and stay on top of daily operations
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to write clear, professional work instructions
  • Solid knowledge of child development and quality care practices
  • Experience building high-quality learning and leisure experiences for children
  • Experience shaping service delivery, practices and routines to support children’s safety, wellbeing and enjoyment
  • Confidence working within legislative frameworks, policies and organisational requirements
  • Diploma of Children’s Services or equivalent – there are many options for equivalent qualifications (check your quals here)
