As the organisation evolves, strong executive coordination, governance and effective engagement with government are increasingly critical to our success.
The Manager, Executive Services sits within the Office of the CEO and works closely with the CEO, Board and Uniting Leadership Team as a senior strategic partner. Similar in nature to a Chief of Staff–style function, this role focuses on helping leaders operate effectively in a complex organisation and external environment.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor in the executive space, helping leaders stay aligned, prepared and ahead of emerging issues. A key part of the role is supporting executive readiness for engagement with government and sector stakeholders. Working in partnership with Advocacy and Communications, you will ensure our interactions are well prepared, purposeful and strategic.
