Your new role

Join us as an Executive Assistant and be at the heart of our Housing and Property team!

Are you organised, proactive, and love making things happen? Join us as an Executive Assistant and play a key role in supporting our Executive Director, Housing and Property and the wider Housing & Property division. This is your chance to be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and creating great experiences for our consumers.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Executive Director, Housing and Property to keep things running smoothly across the division. Your support will help us deliver outstanding experiences for our consumers, maintain high quality services, and ensure everything is managed effectively. Every day brings variety, you’ll provide top-notch administrative and executive support across multiple teams and locations, adapting as our business evolves.

As the first point of contact for staff and stakeholders, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) that represents our organisation with professionalism and care. You’ll handle sensitive information with confidence and integrity, making sure everything stays secure and confidential.

Collaboration is key! You’ll work alongside our leadership team and Division Assistants to create consistent systems and processes that make life easier for everyone. From preparing reports and budgets to supporting financial activities, you’ll play a big part in projects that improve quality, culture, safety, and risk management. You’ll also get involved in exciting initiatives and special projects that make a real difference.

You will have a proven track record working as an Exec Assistant, and if you have an understanding of housing development projects and processes, that will set you up for success or hit the ground running.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love variety, and want to make a real difference, this role is for you!
