Your new role

Do you believe in the magic of early learning? Do you love building relationships, sparking curiosity, and being part of a warm, collaborative team?

As an Educator at Uniting Early Learning, you’ll be more than a teacher, you’ll be a trusted guide, a creative thinker, and a valued team member helping children thrive every single day.

You’ll be:

  • Building meaningful, nurturing relationships with children
  • Partnering with families and connecting with the community
  • Delivering engaging, play‑based learning experiences
  • Collaborating with a passionate team focused on continuous improvement
  • Working confidently within Uniting Early Learning policies and procedures.

Our programs are guided by nationally and state‑approved frameworks, including:

  • Belonging, Being and Becoming (EYLF)
  • My Time, Our Place (School Age Care)
  • Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Framework (VEYLDF).

These frameworks help you tailor learning experiences to each child’s interests, strengths, and individuality, because no two children are the same.

If you’re passionate about early learning, community, and helping children belong, be, and become, this could be the perfect role for you.

Apply now and bring your energy, creativity, and heart to Uniting Early Learning!
