Help people with disabilities or health conditions live safely and independently at home. You’ll assist with everyday tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, and community access, helping clients stay connected and maintain their independence.
This role is part of the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP), supporting people under 65 (or under 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) to live well at home and participate in community life.
Enjoy true work-life balance with 22 hours per week worked on days and times that suit you during weekdays. This is a max-term role until 30 June 2026. You’ll work mainly in clients’ homes across Baw Baw and Latrobe, so a current driver’s licence and your own car are essential (kilometers reimbursed)
