About the opportunity
We are looking to grow our team at Scots Uniting Early Learning. Joining our long-standing team of Teachers and Educators, this position will provide support to our Lead Educators and work across one or multiple rooms directly with children to deliver and contribute to the early learning program. This role is pivotal to our ongoing commitment for improving outcomes for children and changing their life trajectories.

About you
You are a motivated and experienced Educator with a passion for learning. Working well within a team, you are proactive in your day-to-day work and collaborate with the Lead Educator and others to ensure the program is meeting the needs of the children and expectations of their families.
Holding a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or approved equivalent), you have a sound knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks. You contribute to all learning environments, providing feedback to Lead Educators on the program and support the documenting of learning across the day.
