About the opportunity

We have outstanding opportunities for passionate and experienced people to work with a highly reputable and iconic community services organization. The position of Registered Nurse is based in a specialist care unit in a residential setting which provides comprehensive professional health care to individuals with Huntington’s disease, other complex neurological disorders and spinal cord injury.

About you

We're looking for motivated people who have a genuine interest in and commitment to working with vulnerable people in our community. You will have a Current registration as a Division 1 Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing or Certificate of General Nursing. Experience with neurological or psychiatric disorders and/or in the Disability Services field. Empathy, resilience, outstanding personal qualities and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are qualities that will succeed in the role.
