About the opportunity

The Coordinator Resident and Employee Engagement leads a team of empowered and enageged Disability Support Workers providing high quality, person-centred support to people with disabilities living in Uniting’s Supported Independent Living (SIL) Services.

About you

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a certificate IV in disability and a current First Aid and CPR.

In addition to the above, you will have:

  • Previous experience in the disability sector (Essential)
  • Experience in the management of teams providing direct service delivery to consumers
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision and under pressure
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively give and receive feedback
